Joshua D. Brown Chapter DRT
Joshua D. Brown Chapter DRT is a local Hill Country chapter of the Daughters of the Republic of Texas, a group that offers members resources to explore their family history and ancestries. The chapter helps the community explore heritage education, historical reenactments, and see Texas Revolution artifacts and documents.
The chapter was chartered 6 January 1996. Shirley Smith was the Organizing President and Peggy Tombs was Organizing Registrar.
The chapter meets on the 4th Monday of each month, September thru May, with the exceptions of December and May. Monthly meetings are held at 10 am at the First United Methodist Church in Kerrville, Texas located at 321 Thompson Dr., Kerrville, TX 78028.
